Oversee the acquisition and curation of archives and special collections, which includes: supervision of three full-time staff members, permanent university records in all formats, special and rare materials, as well as reference, instruction, exhibits, and services to users of archives and special collections owned by the University of Denver.

Supervise the Archives Processing and Digital Content Metadata unit, which manages the processing and metadata creation for all collecting areas of University of Denver Special Collections and Archives, as well as all metadata for University Libraries (or Libraries’ stakeholders’) content managed in systems other than the library catalog (electronic theses and dissertations, art images, etc.). Represent the University of Denver Libraries at the Alliance Digital Repository Steering Committee.
Project Archivist for Athletics and Recreation, University of Denver, Denver, Colorado, September 2007-June 2008
Project management for a two-year collaborative effort between Penrose Library and the Division of Athletics and Recreation to make the records of the Division digitally accessible and searchable in the university’s digital repository.
